What cycle day should I start using the urine ovulation tests?

They say to start taking multivitamins at least 3 months before so that when you do conceive the baby will get all the nutrients it needs right off the bat. Now about the other stuff. I guess you could start using the urine ovulation kit now just note when you started. If you can...I know you're probably excited to start...you can wait until after your next menstrual cycle.
