Spell checker not working. underlines word,drop down choices, but when clicked on will not correct?

I now have the same problem. E-mail Yahoo, ( I did but no reply yet). On the mail page go to Help - Help again from the drop-down menu, on the left there is a link which says Contact Us, you can e-mail them from there.
