Could i be pregnant??? please help!!?

I have very irregular periods. So finally me and my boyfriend decided to try to the ovulation tester thing!Well on the day that i was most likely ovulating we had .That was almost 4 weeks ago well now im feeling like i need to puke but not puking i get very bad headaches and i have discharge from down there. could i be pregnant??
