We didn't see $3Million for 30 seconds Commercials on SuperBowl XLV?

I have watched superbowl through two different channels; both FOX Sports and ESPN America. But the only commercials were just the channels own program's commercials; like PGA Tour for Fox and SC for ESPN. I thought maybe they didn't show the commercials for european countries.Is it true?
