Spirit making me feel ill?

I have posted a question asking about whether anyone else experiences the sudden urge to vomit as a result of peri-menopause (pre menopausal or menopause).. Its not looking like anyone else has this symptom (at this stage) It brings me to wonder if its somthing to do with my psychic abilties (just learning to harness it) and perhaps spirit is making me get these sudden urges that only last a very short time. Seconds infact... Any suggestions?
