Is my motherboard compatible with nvidia 9800 GTX+ video card?

My motherboard is the MSI P31 Neo-F V2. I am thinking of buying an nVidia 9800 GTX+ Graphics card and would like to know if it is compatible with my mainboard. also, i was wondering if it would actually fit in my case, which is the ATX Bosse III Galaxy. thanks :)
