Can a pentium 4 400 watt power supply be replaced by a ATX 300watt?

my computer (pentium 4) power supply blew it was a ATX pentium 4 400 watts the only spare pentium 4 power supply i have is a ATX 300 watts but i dont think it would be able to run it any 1 know?
