How to get a 06 evo 9 with low payments?

i just turned 18 i have a job that makes 1,500 a month and i have no credit the car dealer said they would work with me since im a first time buyer but im afriad it will be like a 900 dollar payment the car is a 26,000 dollar car a dream car of mine what can i do to lower down the payments i dont plan to put any money down and i have no co-signers plz help
