Why should the govt ban commercials for about prescription drugs?

It will be difficult to defend the Federal government suppressing free speech. Don't get me wrong, I'm no fan of Rx advertisements, but there is no valid argument supporting Federal suppression of free speech. You never know. The speech the Federal government may suppress could someday be yours.
