My father did something really STUPID about 3 1/2 years ago, it landed him in federal prison for 10 months. Now I want to clear his name, so he can get on with his life. What he did wasn't bad at all it was just stupid and I think he could be pardoned from it, I'm about to turn 18, and I'd like to do this for him, but I can't find out how to do it? How do you go to do this? What would I need to know? And how often does the president give pardons?
