Deeply cynical about people at school- I hate school?

Sweetie I've been a teaching istant for 24 years so I know a lot about young people. You said you did good work so I have a strong suspicion that they are jealous of you. As far as making fun of your voice I've come up against that a few times in my life also. I was born and raised in Tennessee so I have a southern accent. Once a lady at the store told me she didn't like my voice. I waited a minute and said, " Well it's the voice God gave me." that shut her up fast. I would ignore these people and find you some true friends that won't care if you can pronoun your R's right. My beautiful daughter had trouble pronouning her S's. Good luck Honey and tell them to talk to the hand. ha
