Can a location be determined from just the following information?

You can guess somewhat by the altitude of the planet and star and moon over the horizon. We all can find the time of day the sun rises and sets and we know the sun rises in the east and set in the west. So you can look at it being night time possibly near a body of water. Im just wondering why she doesn't want you to know?
