I had just gotten a sore throat yesterday and I still have it. My nose is so congested that I have to breath through my mouth. However, sometimes it hurts because my sore throat. What can I do to relieve my sore throat and nasal congestion. Right now, i'm taking Tylenol Multi-symptom Severe. It relieves all my symptoms. However, they aren't going away. I can't get any prescriptions because I'm going to see my doctor on Friday. Also, HOW CAN I DEAL WITH IT DURING PE? I'M RUNNING THE MILE ON WEDNESDAY.
